Bacardi Superior (White Rum) Fresh Mint (about 12 leaves per) Ice Club Soda

Simple Syrup Cast Off Limes (from cooking Ricotta) Malibu

1. Mint into glass
2. Lime squeezings
3. Muddle with the spoon
4. Add Bacardi
5. Add simple syrup
6. Add Ice
7. Pour Club Soda to fill
8. Stir
9. Splash of Malibu
10. Relax.
